Agreement to be used for Industry sponsored multi center trials.

Your Institution/Organization understands that your Institution/Organization’s use of the ACTA is strictly voluntary. By downloading the ACTA your Institution/Organization agrees that your Institution/Organization’s use of or reference to the “Accelerated Clinical Trials Agreement” or the ‘ACTA’ name shall be only of or in reference to the unmodified and unaltered ACTA. Any other use of the names ‘ACTA’ or the “Accelerated Clinical Trials Agreement” is strictly prohibited. Downloading the ACTA is not meant to indicate registration or agreement to use, it is only an opportunity to view the current versions of the ACTA.
