CRO-ACTA

Agreement to be used for Industry sponsored trials that use a CRO.

Your Institution/Organization understands that your Institution/Organization’s use of the CRO-ACTA is strictly voluntary. By downloading the CRO-ACTA your Institution/Organization agrees that your Institution/Organization’s use of or reference to the “Accelerated Clinical Trials Agreement” or the ’CRO-ACTA’ name shall be only of or in reference to the unmodified and unaltered CRO-ACTA. Any other use of the names ‘CRO-ACTA’ or the “Accelerated Clinical Trials Agreement” is strictly prohibited. Downloading the CRO-ACTA is not meant to indicate registration or agreement to use, it is only an opportunity to view the current versions of the CRO-ACTA.
